Mentoring
The main goal of the Symposium is skill enhancement. To accomplish this goal we use hands-on mentoring sessions so you learn by seeing and by 'doing'.
Each mentoring session contains two (2) 60-minute programs. Each program consists of a short 15 - 20 minute demonstration followed by 45 minutes of attendee participation. You get to hold the tools and work on the lathe under the supervision of the mentor.
